What you may want to know before booking

What should I prepare for a first consultation?+

Your date of birth, time of birth (precise to the two-hour Chinese time period), and place of birth. If you want to ask about family or a partner, bring their birth details too. And write down the 2 - 3 specific questions you most want to ask.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?+

You can ask elders in your family, or check your birth certificate. If you truly can't find it, I'll use "chart-fixing" to work back to your birth hour from your past life experiences — but this needs an extra 15 minutes before the consultation.

Is there a difference between video and in-person consultations?+

For the consultation itself there's no difference — the chart is read the same way. In person, we can talk through more detail; over video, you save time. Whatever is convenient for you.

Can I record the consultation?+

Yes. I'll also give you a written summary afterwards so it's easy to review. But please don't share it with third parties.

Will the reading leave me unhappy?+

The way I work is to neither exaggerate nor frighten. Even when I see an unfavourable trend, I'll work through how to respond to it with you, rather than tossing out a "don't make any moves this year" and walking off.

Refund policy?+

Cancel more than 48 hours before the consultation for a full refund; within 48 hours you may reschedule once. No refunds once the consultation has begun.
